  • 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
  • - Coriander Powder
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • loose Ginger
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 250G Chings Schezwan Chutney
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 500 g Carnivore Regular Chicken Seekh Kebab (Frozen)
  • 100 g Lemon

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine minced chicken, chopped coriander, green chilies, garlic, and ginger in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Add lemon juice, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, rock salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
  3. 3. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to ensure even distribution of spices throughout the minced chicken.
  4. 4. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them around the skewers to form kebabs.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a non-stick pan or tandoor over medium heat until it starts to shimmer.
  6. 6. Place the skewers on the pan or in the tandoor, making sure they do not touch each other.
  7. 7. Cook the kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure they are evenly cooked on all sides.
  8. 8. Brush the kebabs with Chings Schezwan Chutney for a spicy glaze during the last few minutes of cooking.
