Ingredients
- 1 pack (500 g) Meatzza Fresh-Chicken-Mince
- 500 g Onion
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G
- Pcs Caster Oil 50ml
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
- 100 g Catch Chatpata Chaat Masala
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken mince with the chopped onion, chilies, and coriander.
- 3. Add ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and turmeric powder to the chicken mince.
- 4. Sprinkle rice flour into the mixture for binding and add rock salt for seasoning.
- 5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice into the mixture and knead everything thoroughly to form a uniform dough.
- 6. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into cylindrical kebabs around skewers.
- 7. Heat oil in a pan or grill and carefully place the kebabs onto it.
- 8. Cook the kebabs evenly, turning them occasionally to ensure all sides are golden brown.
- 9. Check for doneness by slicing one kebab to ensure no pink remains inside.
- 10. Remove the kebabs from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
