  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 1 kg Rice
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and rinse the rice thoroughly and set aside to drain.
  2. 2. Cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a deep pan and add cumin seeds until they crackle.
  4. 4. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant.
  5. 5. Stir in the chicken pieces and cook until they are lightly browned on all sides.
