Ingredients

  • 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
  • 1 Piece Iceberg Lettuce
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • loose Ginger
  • 200G Mix Lonche (200g)
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper
  • - Rock Salt
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • - Coconut Mint Chutney Mix
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the finely chopped onion until golden brown.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, stirring for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chicken mince and cook until it turns white and begins to brown slightly, breaking up any lumps.
  4. 4. Stir in the chopped tomato and Suvarna Dal Makhani Spice Mix, letting the mixture cook until the tomatoes soften.
  5. 5. Season with black pepper and rock salt, mixing thoroughly to infuse the flavors.
