- 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- - Coriander Powder
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
- 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until aromatic.
- 3. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and cumin powder; cook until the mixture is softened.
- 4. Add chicken mince and stir well to combine with the spices; cook for 10 minutes.
- 5. Add salt and finely chopped green chilies, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 6. Stir in chopped coriander and allow the keema to simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
- 7. For pancakes, mix rice flour with water and a pinch of salt to make a smooth batter.
- 8. Heat a flat pan and pour a ladleful of batter, spreading lightly to form a thin pancake.
- 9. Cook the pancake on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side until lightly golden.
- 10. Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make more pancakes.
