Ingredients
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- - Rice Flour
- 100 g Pasteurised Butter
- 1pc Watermelon
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
- 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes until aromatic.
- 3. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until softened and blended.
- 4. Add chicken mince and stir continuously to break up lumps.
- 5. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt.
- 6. Cook the chicken mixture for 10 minutes until well cooked and flavorful.
- 7. Stir in chopped green chilies and fresh coriander leaves, then set aside to cool.
- 8. Prepare rice flour dough by mixing it with butter and water to form a smooth paste.
- 9. Roll out the dough thinly and cut it into rectangles or squares.
- 10. Place a spoonful of chicken keema mixture on one side of each rectangle.
- 11. Fold over the other side and seal the edges using a fork or fingers.
- 12. Bake the puffs in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- 13. Let the puffs cool for a few minutes before serving.
- 14. Serve warm with mint chutney or ketchup for added flavor.
