Ingredients

  • 500 g Onion
  • - Tomato Ketchup
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Rice Flour
  • 100 g Pasteurised Butter
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • - Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
  2. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes until aromatic.
  3. 3. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until softened and blended.
  4. 4. Add chicken mince and stir continuously to break up lumps.
  5. 5. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt.
  6. 6. Cook the chicken mixture for 10 minutes until well cooked and flavorful.
  7. 7. Stir in chopped green chilies and fresh coriander leaves, then set aside to cool.
  8. 8. Prepare rice flour dough by mixing it with butter and water to form a smooth paste.
  9. 9. Roll out the dough thinly and cut it into rectangles or squares.
  10. 10. Place a spoonful of chicken keema mixture on one side of each rectangle.
  11. 11. Fold over the other side and seal the edges using a fork or fingers.
  12. 12. Bake the puffs in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  13. 13. Let the puffs cool for a few minutes before serving.
  14. 14. Serve warm with mint chutney or ketchup for added flavor.
