  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
  • 1 Piece Yellow Bell Pepper (Haladi Dappa Menasinakaayi)
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • loose Ginger
  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • medium Chilli Green Long

Instructions

  1. 1. Clean and cut the chicken breast into thin strips, ensuring uniform size for even cooking.
  2. 2. Peel and julienne the carrots, slice the bell peppers, and cut the onion into thin wedges.
  3. 3. Mince the garlic and ginger, and finely chop the green chilies to prepare the aromatics.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, coat the chicken strips with rice flour, turmeric, salt, and black pepper evenly.
  5. 5. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  6. 6. Add the chicken strips to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until golden and cooked through.
