Ingredients

  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 20 minutes before cooking.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chili, and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. 4. Stir in the tomato puree, turmeric, coriander, cumin, red chili powder, and garam masala, cooking for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the chicken thighs and cook until they are lightly browned on all sides, about 6-8 minutes.
  6. 6. Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pan, stirring to coat with the spice mixture.
  7. 7. Pour in the water and season with salt, bringing the mixture to a gentle boil.
  8. 8. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 20 minutes until the rice is fully cooked.
