Ingredients

  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • loose Ginger
  • 200G Mix Lonche (200g)
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the chicken thighs thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté sliced onions until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. 4. Stir in chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and Suvarna Garam Masala Spice Mix. Cook until the tomatoes soften.
  5. 5. Add the chicken pieces to the pan, stirring to coat them with the spice mixture. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. 6. Pour 100 ml of coconut milk into the pan and simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors.
  7. 7. While the chicken cooks, rinse the rice and cook it with the remaining 100 ml of coconut milk, water, and a pinch of salt in a separate pot.
  8. 8. Once the rice is cooked, fluff it gently with a fork and set it aside.
