Ingredients
- 9 g On1Y Parsley Leaves
- 200 g Delichic Pork Sausage (Pigs In Blanket)
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 2 Pieces Red & Yellow Bell Pepper - Protected Cultivation
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 200 g Maggi Hot & Sweet Chilli Tomato Sauce
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 1 pc (50 g) Everest Tasteeto Black Pepper | Grinder Cap Bottle
- 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cut 450 g pork sausage into 1-inch pieces and season with Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt and Everest Tasteeto Black Pepper.
- 2. Place the seasoned pork sausage in a large resealable bag and refrigerate to marinate for 2 hours.
- 3. In a large pot, brown the marinated pork sausage over medium heat. Remove the meat and drain off excess fat.
- 4. Add 1 diced onion, 1/2 diced bell pepper, and 2 minced garlic cloves to the pot. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- 5. Return the browned meat to the pot and add 1 can (400 g) Desi Tomato, 1 can (400 g) Ro-Tel tomatoes, and enough water to cover the meat. Stir in 2 tbsp Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce.
- 6. Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- 7. Season the stew to taste with additional Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt and Everest Tasteeto Black Pepper. Stir in 1/2 tbsp chopped parsley 30 minutes before serving.
- 8. Serve the stew hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
