- 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 100 g Protein Chef Himalayan Pink Salted Peanuts (Healthy & Roasted)
- 270 g Protein Chef 35G Protein Brown Bread, No Maida
- 500G Rava (Semolina)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
- 1 kg Beetroot
- 25G Kp Mut Suk Mas
- - Ginger Powder
- - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Toast the protein bread slices in an air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes until crisp, then cut them into small bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Finely chop the onion, garlic cloves, and fresh turmeric, and set aside for cooking.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat, add chopped onion, garlic, and turmeric, and sauté until fragrant and golden.
- 4. Add frozen mixed vegetables to the pan and stir well, allowing them to cook for 5 minutes until softened.
- 5. Mix in the semolina and toast it along with the vegetables for 2 minutes, ensuring it does not burn.
- 6. Sprinkle Buknu spice blend, ginger powder, black pepper, and salt evenly over the mixture and stir thoroughly.
- 7. Pour water into the pan gradually, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens into a soft upma consistency.
- 8. Gently fold in the toasted bread pieces, ensuring they are coated well with the spiced vegetable mixture.
