  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 500 G Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans
  • 200 g Tata Sampann Meethi Imli Khajur Chutney Dip
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 200 ml Pure Nutrition Naturals Avocado Oil Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, salt, and water to form a smooth batter without lumps.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a non-stick pan and sauté cumin seeds until aromatic.
  3. 3. Add Frozen Mixed Vegetables, Ginger Powder, Fresh Turmeric, and finely chopped green chilies to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes until tender.
