Ingredients
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 2 x 170 ml Masterchow White Vinegar - Pack Of 2
- 100 g Agro Mantra Cinnamon Powder /Dalchini
- 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
- 370G Remia Dijon Mustard
- 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
- 200 g Hommade Tomato Puree
Instructions
- 1. Combine 1 liter of tomato juice, 2 tablespoons of black pepper, 3 tablespoons of ground clove, 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1/2 tablespoon of ground allspice, and 3 tablespoons of mustard in a large pot.
- 2. Add 1 cup of vinegar and stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- 3. Place the spices in a spice bag and immerse it into the pot for enhanced flavor infusion.
- 4. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to your desired consistency, about 30-40 minutes.
- 5. If a thicker texture is preferred, dissolve 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in a small amount of water and stir it into the pot during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- 6. Remove the spice bag, let the ketchup cool, and transfer it to a clean jar or container for serving.
