Ingredients
- 100 g Diet Tofu Masala Tofu
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves
- 1 piece Coconut
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 g Dahi
- 250 g Mutton
- 1 l Mustard Oil
- 200 g Table Salt
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- - Coriander Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut the firm tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with a paper towel.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
- 3. Toss the tofu cubes in the spice mix until evenly coated and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- 4. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and pan-fry the tofu cubes until golden and crispy on all sides.
- 5. Thinly slice the red onion, carrot, and cucumber into long strips for the filling.
- 6. Prepare the mint-coconut chutney by blending mint leaves, grated coconut, green chili, lemon juice, salt, and a splash of water until smooth.
- 7. Warm the whole wheat flatbreads on a dry skillet for 30 seconds on each side.
- 8. Spread a thin layer of Kissan Sweet & Spicy Chilli Ketchup onto each flatbread.
- 9. Arrange the crispy tofu cubes, sliced vegetables, and a generous dollop of mint-coconut chutney on the flatbread.
- 10. Fold the flatbreads tightly into wraps, securing them with parchment paper or foil for easier handling.
