Ingredients

  • 100 g Diet Tofu Masala Tofu
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves
  • 1 piece Coconut
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 250 g Mutton
  • 1 l Mustard Oil
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the firm tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  3. 3. Toss the tofu cubes in the spice mix until evenly coated and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and pan-fry the tofu cubes until golden and crispy on all sides.
  5. 5. Thinly slice the red onion, carrot, and cucumber into long strips for the filling.
  6. 6. Prepare the mint-coconut chutney by blending mint leaves, grated coconut, green chili, lemon juice, salt, and a splash of water until smooth.
  7. 7. Warm the whole wheat flatbreads on a dry skillet for 30 seconds on each side.
