  • 1 kg Sweet Potato
  • - Rice Flour
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • loose Ginger
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Milky Mist Skyr Plain Yogurt
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel and dice the sweet potato into small cubes and boil until tender, then mash thoroughly.
  2. 2. Rinse and cook the yellow lentils until soft, then drain any excess water and mash lightly.
  3. 3. Mix the mashed sweet potato and lentils in a bowl with rice flour, green chili, ginger, cumin, turmeric, and salt.
  4. 4. Add finely chopped coriander leaves into the mixture and knead into a firm dough-like consistency.
  5. 5. Shape the mixture into small croquettes or patties using your hands.
