Ingredients

  • 500 g Onion
  • - Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. Finely chop onion, tomato, capsicum, garlic, ginger, and coriander leaves.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger until aromatic, about 1 minute.
  4. 4. Add chopped onion to the pan and cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Stir in tomato and capsicum, cooking until softened, about 3 minutes.
  6. 6. Add turmeric, cumin, coriander, red chili powder, and salt, mixing well for uniform seasoning.
