Ingredients

  • 250 g Carrot
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • - Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes and squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger, then dice the onion and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Add chopped garlic, ginger, and onions to the pan and sauté until onions turn golden brown.
  5. 5. Stir in tomato puree, turmeric, coriander, and red chili powder, cooking for 2 minutes to blend flavors.
  6. 6. Add the diced vegetables and soy chunks, mixing well to coat them with spices.
  7. 7. Pour in water and cover the pan, simmering for 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  8. 8. Season with salt and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving.
