Ingredients
- 250 g Carrot
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes and squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger, then dice the onion and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 4. Add chopped garlic, ginger, and onions to the pan and sauté until onions turn golden brown.
- 5. Stir in tomato puree, turmeric, coriander, and red chili powder, cooking for 2 minutes to blend flavors.
- 6. Add the diced vegetables and soy chunks, mixing well to coat them with spices.
- 7. Pour in water and cover the pan, simmering for 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- 8. Season with salt and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving.
