Ingredients

  • 250 g Freshcon Cooked Kidney Beans (Rajma)
  • - Smiles-crispy Happy Potatoes-750 Gms
  • - Rice Flour
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • - Coriander Powder
  • - Ginger Powder
  • - Garlic Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • - Chaat Masala
  • 100 g Salt
  • 5 ltr Guinea Filtered Groundnut Oil For Frying & Sauteing

  1. 1. Mash the boiled rajma and potatoes together until smooth and well combined.
  2. 2. Add rice flour, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger powder, garlic powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt to the mashed mixture.
  3. 3. Mix thoroughly to form a firm dough that holds together easily when shaped.
  4. 4. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each into small croquettes or cylindrical rolls.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until hot.
  6. 6. Carefully lower the croquettes into the hot oil and fry, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crisp on all sides.
