Ingredients
- Pcs Everest Rajma Masala 50g
- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kangni/Foxtail Millet - 500 G
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- 100G Oleo
- - Coriander Powder
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Soak rajma in water overnight and boil until tender using a pressure cooker.
- 2. Rinse foxtail millet thoroughly under running water and set aside.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for a few seconds.
- 4. Add finely chopped garlic, ginger, and onions; sauté until golden brown.
- 5. Stir in chopped tomatoes, carrots, and green beans; cook for 5 minutes.
- 6. Add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt; mix well to combine.
- 7. Add the boiled rajma to the pan and stir; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- 8. Add water and the rinsed millet; bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
- 9. Lower the heat, cover the pan, and let it simmer until the millet is cooked and fluffy.
- 10. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander before serving in bowls.
