  • 100 g Quinoa
  • Pcs Everest Rajma Masala 50g
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Tomato Ketchup
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa under running water and soak the rajma for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  2. 2. Cook the soaked rajma in a pressure cooker until soft and tender, then drain excess water.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add cumin seeds; allow them to splutter and release their aroma.
  4. 4. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
  5. 5. Stir in minced garlic, ginger, and green chili, cooking for a minute to combine the flavors.
  6. 6. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and form a thick base for the spices.
