- 100 g Quinoa
- Pcs Everest Rajma Masala 50g
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the quinoa under running water and soak the rajma for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- 2. Cook the soaked rajma in a pressure cooker until soft and tender, then drain excess water.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add cumin seeds; allow them to splutter and release their aroma.
- 4. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
- 5. Stir in minced garlic, ginger, and green chili, cooking for a minute to combine the flavors.
- 6. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and form a thick base for the spices.
- 7. Mix in turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt, stirring well to blend the spices.
- 8. Add the cooked rajma and stir, ensuring the beans are coated with the spice mixture.
- 9. Pour in water and bring the mixture to a gentle boil, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- 10. Add rinsed quinoa to the pan, stir well, and cover; cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
- 11. Once the quinoa is cooked and fluffy, garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
