  • 500 g Whole Farm Premium Quinoa Seeds
  • - GREEN PEAS 195GM
  • 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1 pc (200 g) Dabur Hommade Tomato Puree
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under running water to remove any bitterness.
  2. 2. Boil the quinoa with 240 ml of water and a pinch of salt for 15 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds; let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Stir in the turmeric powder, garam masala, and tomato puree, cooking for 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the green peas to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender.
