- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Quinoa Seeds
- 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- - PARACHUTE COCONUT OIL 100ML
- - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Ginger Powder
- - Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix 50g Pouch
- - Coriander Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold water to remove its natural bitterness.
- 2. Add quinoa and water to a pot, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 3. Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves, and grate the fresh turmeric.
- 4. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
- 5. Add chopped onion, garlic, and grated turmeric to the skillet, sautéing until golden and fragrant, around 5 minutes.
- 6. Stir in the ginger powder and Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, cooking for another 2 minutes to toast the spices.
- 7. Add the frozen mixed vegetables and cooked chickpeas to the skillet, stirring well to combine.
