  • 200 g Itc Master Chef Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Frozen)
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
  • 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • - Rock Salt
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)

Instructions

  1. 1. Clean and devein the prawns thoroughly, then pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, chickpea flour, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, and rock salt.
  3. 3. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, chopped coriander, and green chilies to the dry ingredients, mixing them well.
  4. 4. Slowly add water to the mixture, stirring continuously to form a thick batter without lumps.
  5. 5. Fold the prawns into the batter, ensuring each prawn is coated evenly with the mixture.
  6. 6. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it reaches frying temperature.
