Ingredients
- 200 g Itc Master Chef Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Frozen)
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
- 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- - Rock Salt
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
Instructions
- 1. Clean and devein the prawns thoroughly, then pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, chickpea flour, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, and rock salt.
- 3. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, chopped coriander, and green chilies to the dry ingredients, mixing them well.
- 4. Slowly add water to the mixture, stirring continuously to form a thick batter without lumps.
- 5. Fold the prawns into the batter, ensuring each prawn is coated evenly with the mixture.
- 6. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it reaches frying temperature.
- 7. Drop the coated prawns into the hot oil one by one, ensuring they do not overcrowd the pan.
