- 500 g Poha
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 50G Green Chilies
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the poha in a colander under running water for a few seconds until it softens, but do not soak. Let it drain completely and set aside.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter, then add curry leaves and green chilies. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
- 3. Stir in asafoetida and turmeric powder, followed by the chopped tomato. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the tomato softens.
- 4. Add the drained poha to the pan and mix gently to coat it evenly with the spices. Season with salt and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Add the roasted peanuts and stir to combine. Remove the pan from heat and drizzle lemon juice over the poha.
- 6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve warm for a wholesome and delicious breakfast.
