Ingredients
- 200 g Pineapple Chunks
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
- 200 g Tata Sampann Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds (Whole Spices) (Jeera)
- 40 g Orika True Cinnamon Stick
- 1 pack (50 g) Tmi Colman Laung Cloves
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 2. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 cinnamon stick, and 3 cloves to the hot oil. Stir for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
- 3. Add 500 g of finely chopped pineapple to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Stir in 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp lemon juice, and 1/2 tsp chili powder. Mix well and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the flavors meld together.
- 5. Remove from heat, let it cool completely, and transfer to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator and serve as a condiment with your dinner.
