Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 200 g Dahi
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 250 g Spinach
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the sliced onions and green chili, sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the mixture forms a thick masala base.
- 4. Add the paneer cubes to the pan and gently mix to coat them in the masala. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- 5. Add the chopped spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Mix in the garam masala and lemon juice, then remove from heat.
- 6. Warm the whole wheat chapatis on a skillet. Spread a thin layer of yogurt on each chapati.
- 7. Place a portion of the spiced paneer and spinach mixture in the center of each chapati. Sprinkle with fresh coriander.
- 8. Roll the chapatis tightly to form wraps. Serve warm, optionally with extra yogurt on the side.
