Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the sliced onions and green chili, sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the mixture forms a thick masala base.
  4. 4. Add the paneer cubes to the pan and gently mix to coat them in the masala. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the chopped spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Mix in the garam masala and lemon juice, then remove from heat.
  6. 6. Warm the whole wheat chapatis on a skillet. Spread a thin layer of yogurt on each chapati.
  7. 7. Place a portion of the spiced paneer and spinach mixture in the center of each chapati. Sprinkle with fresh coriander.
  8. 8. Roll the chapatis tightly to form wraps. Serve warm, optionally with extra yogurt on the side.
