- 200 g Paneer
- loose Ginger
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 200 ml Ghee
- - Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds-250 Gms
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 250g Green Chilli
Instructions
- 1. Wash and roughly chop the spinach leaves, ensuring they are clean and free of dirt.
- 2. Cut the paneer into bite-sized cubes and set aside for later use.
- 3. Heat the ghee in a pan on medium heat and add cumin seeds until they start to sizzle.
- 4. Finely chop the ginger and green chilies, then add them to the pan and sauté for 30 seconds.
- 5. Sprinkle turmeric and red chili powder into the pan, stirring to combine the spices with the ghee.
- 6. Toss in the paneer cubes, gently stirring to coat them with the spice mixture evenly.
- 7. Add the chopped spinach leaves and salt, cooking until the spinach wilts and blends with the paneer.
- 8. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking, ensuring the mixture is well combined and cooked thoroughly.
- 9. Once the spinach and paneer are tender, remove the pan from heat and add a squeeze of lemon juice.
- 10. Serve warm on plates, garnishing with extra green chili slices if desired for presentation.
