Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • loose Ginger
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • - Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds-250 Gms
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 250g Green Chilli

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and roughly chop the spinach leaves, ensuring they are clean and free of dirt.
  2. 2. Cut the paneer into bite-sized cubes and set aside for later use.
  3. 3. Heat the ghee in a pan on medium heat and add cumin seeds until they start to sizzle.
  4. 4. Finely chop the ginger and green chilies, then add them to the pan and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. 5. Sprinkle turmeric and red chili powder into the pan, stirring to combine the spices with the ghee.
  6. 6. Toss in the paneer cubes, gently stirring to coat them with the spice mixture evenly.
  7. 7. Add the chopped spinach leaves and salt, cooking until the spinach wilts and blends with the paneer.
  8. 8. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking, ensuring the mixture is well combined and cooked thoroughly.
  9. 9. Once the spinach and paneer are tender, remove the pan from heat and add a squeeze of lemon juice.
