Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- - Tong Garden Cheddar N Jalapeno Chickpeas
- - Rice Flour
- - Coriander Powder
- 250g Green Chilli
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Mash the paneer and boiled chickpeas together in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- 2. Add rice flour, chopped coriander leaves, green chili, ginger paste, and all the spices to the mixture.
- 3. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency and adjust salt if needed.
- 4. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round tikkis.
- 5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat until hot.
- 6. Place the tikkis in the pan and shallow fry them for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 7. Remove the tikkis from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- 8. Serve the tikkis hot with a tangy mint-coriander chutney or ketchup.
