Ingredients
- 500G Freshos Couscous Semolina
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 250g Green Chilli
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 1pc Watermelon
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- 1. Dry roast the semolina in a pan for about 3 minutes until aromatic and set aside.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves; let them splutter.
- 3. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, followed by ginger and green chili slices.
- 4. Stir in diced mutton sausages and cook for 5 minutes, allowing them to release flavors.
- 5. Add chopped tomato, turmeric powder, and salt, cooking until the tomatoes become soft and mushy.
- 6. Gradually pour in water and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- 7. Lower the heat and slowly add roasted semolina while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- 8. Cook the mixture on low flame for 7-8 minutes until the semolina absorbs the water and thickens.
- 9. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve warm.
