Spiced Mutton Liver Fry with Jeera Rice recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • - Baby Tomatoes
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100G Oleo
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the mutton liver thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  3. 3. Boil 300 ml of water in a pot, add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, and cook the rice until fluffy.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onions, and sauté until golden brown.
  5. 5. Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder, and cook until the oil separates.
  7. 7. Add the mutton liver pieces and stir well to coat them with the spices.
  8. 8. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. 9. Sprinkle garam masala and adjust salt to taste, mixing well.
  10. 10. Garnish the liver fry with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  11. 11. Serve the spiced mutton liver fry hot alongside the steaming jeera rice.
