Ingredients
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
- 100G Oleo
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mutton liver thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- 3. Boil 300 ml of water in a pot, add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, and cook the rice until fluffy.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onions, and sauté until golden brown.
- 5. Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
- 6. Stir in chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder, and cook until the oil separates.
- 7. Add the mutton liver pieces and stir well to coat them with the spices.
- 8. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 9. Sprinkle garam masala and adjust salt to taste, mixing well.
- 10. Garnish the liver fry with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- 11. Serve the spiced mutton liver fry hot alongside the steaming jeera rice.
