Juicy spiced mutton keema wrapped in soft, warm whole wheat rotis, garnished with fresh herbs and a tangy mint chutney for a flavorful lunch.
Ingredients
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- - Coriander Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Salt
- - Coconut Mint Chutney Mix
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
- 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking until the raw aroma fades away.
- 3. Stir in mutton keema and cook for 5-7 minutes until the meat changes color.
- 4. Add chopped tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, and salt. Mix well.
- 5. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the keema is fully cooked.
- 6. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves, mixing well before turning off the heat.
- 7. Warm the whole wheat rotis in a pan or tawa until soft and pliable.
- 8. Spread a tablespoon of mint chutney on each roti, then spoon the cooked keema onto the center.
- 9. Roll the rotis tightly to form wraps, securing with toothpicks if needed.
- 10. Serve the wraps hot, garnished with additional coriander leaves if desired.
