Ingredients

  • 500 g Onion
  • - Tomato Ketchup
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Coconut Mint Chutney Mix

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
  2. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking until the raw aroma fades away.
  3. 3. Stir in mutton keema and cook for 5-7 minutes until the meat changes color.
  4. 4. Add chopped tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, and salt. Mix well.
  5. 5. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the keema is fully cooked.
  6. 6. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves, mixing well before turning off the heat.
  7. 7. Warm the whole wheat rotis in a pan or tawa until soft and pliable.
  8. 8. Spread a tablespoon of mint chutney on each roti, then spoon the cooked keema onto the center.
  9. 9. Roll the rotis tightly to form wraps, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  10. 10. Serve the wraps hot, garnished with additional coriander leaves if desired.
