Ingredients
- 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Wash and cook mutton chunks in a pressure cooker with salt, turmeric, and water until tender.
- 2. Wash and boil yellow lentils until soft and mash them slightly with a spoon.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds, chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies for 2 minutes.
- 4. Add finely chopped onions and cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Mix in cooked mutton chunks, mashed lentils, coriander powder, red chili powder, and adjust salt.
- 6. Cook the mixture for 5 minutes, then add fresh coriander leaves and set it aside to cool slightly.
- 7. Prepare soft dough using whole wheat flour, water, a pinch of salt, and a teaspoon of oil.
- 8. Roll out the dough into thin circles and cook them on a hot skillet until light brown spots appear.
- 9. Place a portion of the mutton-lentil mixture on each paratha and roll tightly into wraps.
- 10. Toast the rolled parathas lightly on the skillet for 1-2 minutes to seal the edges.
