Ingredients
- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 100 g Garlic
- 250g Green Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the millet thoroughly and soak it in water for 10 minutes.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
- 3. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- 4. Stir in minced garlic and chopped green chili, cooking for 1 minute.
- 5. Add diced tomato, turmeric, coriander powder, and garam masala; cook until soft.
- 6. Meanwhile, drain the millet and cook it in 300 ml of water until tender.
- 7. In another pan, heat the remaining oil and sauté sliced mushrooms until lightly browned.
- 8. Add spinach leaves to the mushrooms and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- 9. Combine the millet with the tomato-onion mixture and mix well.
- 10. Gently fold in the sautéed mushrooms and spinach, ensuring even distribution.
- 11. Adjust salt levels and cook for 2 more minutes to blend flavors.
- 12. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving.
