  • Pcs Egg Loose
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 100 g Garlic Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • Pcs Caster Oil 50ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Beat the eggs in a bowl until frothy and mix in rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  2. 2. Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chilies, and coriander leaves and set them aside.
  3. 3. Heat half the oil in a pan and sauté the onion, tomato, and green chilies until soft and aromatic.
  4. 4. Add ginger powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt to the sautéed mixture, then set it aside.
  5. 5. Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick pan and pour half the egg mixture to make a fluffy omelette.
  6. 6. Cook the omelette on both sides until golden brown, then repeat with the remaining egg mixture.
  7. 7. Spread the sautéed filling evenly on each omelette and sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. 8. Carefully roll each omelette into a wrap and slice it into halves for serving.
