- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- - Ginger Powder
- 100 g Garlic Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- Pcs Caster Oil 50ml
Instructions
- 1. Beat the eggs in a bowl until frothy and mix in rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- 2. Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chilies, and coriander leaves and set them aside.
- 3. Heat half the oil in a pan and sauté the onion, tomato, and green chilies until soft and aromatic.
- 4. Add ginger powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt to the sautéed mixture, then set it aside.
- 5. Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick pan and pour half the egg mixture to make a fluffy omelette.
- 6. Cook the omelette on both sides until golden brown, then repeat with the remaining egg mixture.
- 7. Spread the sautéed filling evenly on each omelette and sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves.
- 8. Carefully roll each omelette into a wrap and slice it into halves for serving.
