Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Dill Leaves (Sabbasige Soppu)
- 430Ml Hellmanns Mayonnaise Squeeze Real
- 30 Pieces Dr.Hen Table White Egg 30 Pcs
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 100 g Premium Green Chilli
- 500 ml Oleev Extra Light Olive Oil
- 50 g X 3 Milagro Farm Smoked Paprika Combo
- 400 Ml Kara Coconut Cream
- 50 g Sakthi Curry Powder
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 1 kg Nutty Yogi Oats Flour (Gluten Free)
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, 2 finely chopped green chilies, 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, and 1 teaspoon smoked paprika seasoning.
- 2. Gently fold in 500 g cooked and chopped lobster meat, ensuring it is evenly coated with the mixture. Season with salt to taste.
- 3. Gradually add 1 cup oats flour to the mixture, stirring until it holds together. Form the mixture into 8 small patties.
- 4. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Lightly grease a baking sheet and place the lobster patties on it.
- 5. Bake the lobster patties for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
- 6. While the patties are baking, prepare the coconut curry sauce by heating 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add 1 teaspoon curry powder and 1 teaspoon minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 7. Stir in 200 ml coconut cream and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Adjust seasoning with salt as needed.
- 8. To serve, place a lobster patty on a plate and spoon the coconut curry sauce around it. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve warm.
