  • 500 g Whole Farm Premium Quinoa Seeds
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 270 g Adf Soul Mint Chutney In Olive Oil

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa and lentils thoroughly under running water to remove any impurities.
  2. 2. Cook the quinoa in 200 ml of water until soft and fluffy, then set aside to cool.
  3. 3. Boil the red lentils in water until tender but not mushy, then drain and let cool.
  4. 4. Finely chop the onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves.
  5. 5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, lentils, chopped vegetables, rice flour, cumin seeds, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
  6. 6. Mix the ingredients well and mash slightly to form a cohesive mixture for shaping patties.
