- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Quinoa Seeds
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 270 g Adf Soul Mint Chutney In Olive Oil

- 1. Rinse the quinoa and lentils thoroughly under running water to remove any impurities.
- 2. Cook the quinoa in 200 ml of water until soft and fluffy, then set aside to cool.
- 3. Boil the red lentils in water until tender but not mushy, then drain and let cool.
- 4. Finely chop the onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves.
- 5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, lentils, chopped vegetables, rice flour, cumin seeds, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
- 6. Mix the ingredients well and mash slightly to form a cohesive mixture for shaping patties.
- 7. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round, flat patties.
- 8. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and shallow-fry the patties until golden brown and crisp on both sides.
- 9. In a blender, combine mint leaves, yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to make the mint chutney.
