- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
- - Coriander Powder
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Garlic
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1 ltr Pansari Tilsari Edible Vegetable Oil
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
Instructions
- 1. Soak the red lentils in water for 2-3 hours until softened.
- 2. Drain the lentils and grind them into a coarse paste using a food processor.
- 3. Add chickpea flour, chopped coriander, and green chili to the lentil paste, mixing well.
- 4. Grate ginger and garlic, then add them along with cumin, turmeric, and salt to the mixture.
- 5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat for frying.
- 6. Shape the lentil mixture into small fritters using your hands or a spoon.
- 7. Fry the fritters in batches, ensuring they are golden and crisp on both sides.
