  • - MASOOR DAL SPECIAL 500GM
  • 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1 ltr Pansari Tilsari Edible Vegetable Oil
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the red lentils in water for 2-3 hours until softened.
  2. 2. Drain the lentils and grind them into a coarse paste using a food processor.
  3. 3. Add chickpea flour, chopped coriander, and green chili to the lentil paste, mixing well.
  4. 4. Grate ginger and garlic, then add them along with cumin, turmeric, and salt to the mixture.
  5. 5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat for frying.
  6. 6. Shape the lentil mixture into small fritters using your hands or a spoon.
