  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • - Loacker Quadratini Chocolate, 250 Gm
  • - Bay Leaf
  • - FUNFOOD PEANUT BUTTER CREAMY 100GM
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Chili Paste
  • - The Belgian Waffle Co Original Pancake & Waffle Premix 250gm
  • 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G
  • 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the red lentils and rice thoroughly under cold water and soak them for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat cooking oil in a large pot and add bay leaves, cardamom powder, and cumin powder.
  3. 3. Chop the onion finely and add it to the pot, sautéing until it turns golden brown.
  4. 4. Mince the garlic cloves and grate the fresh turmeric, then add them to the pot, stirring well.
  5. 5. Add the chili paste and coriander powder, cooking for 2 minutes to release their flavors.
  6. 6. Drain the soaked lentils and rice, then add them to the pot along with the frozen mixed vegetables.
  7. 7. Pour in the water and season with rock salt, stirring to combine all ingredients evenly.
  8. 8. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 20 minutes.
