  • 200 g Spinach (Palak)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • - Ginger Powder
  • - Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix 50g Pouch
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the red lentils thoroughly under running water and set aside.
  2. 2. Wash and chop the spinach into bite-sized pieces for easy cooking.
  3. 3. Cook the 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice in boiling water until tender, then set aside.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for a few seconds.
