Ingredients

  • 500 g Whole Farm Premium Quinoa Seeds
  • 1 kg Yellow Moong Dal
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • Pcs Everest Chaat Masala 12g
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under running water and soak it for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Cook the quinoa in 200ml of water until tender, then let it cool completely.
  3. 3. Rinse the yellow moong dal and boil it in water until soft, draining any excess liquid.
  4. 4. Finely chop the tomato, cucumber, onion, and green chilies, and set them aside.
  5. 5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, boiled moong dal, and chopped vegetables.
  6. 6. Add the lemon juice, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and salt to the mixture.
  7. 7. Drizzle the olive oil over the ingredients and mix everything thoroughly.
  8. 8. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves for an added burst of flavor.
