  • 500 g Whole Farm Premium Quinoa Seeds
  • 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa and red lentils thoroughly under running water and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the cooking oil in a large pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and tomato, and sauté them in the pan until the onion turns golden brown.
  4. 4. Stir in the ginger powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder, cooking for 1 minute to release their aroma.
  5. 5. Add the rinsed lentils and quinoa to the pan, stirring to coat them in the spice mixture.
