Ingredients

  • 500 g Onion
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Finely chop the onion, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, and green chili.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix ground lamb with all the chopped ingredients.
  3. 3. Add cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and lemon juice to the lamb mixture.
  4. 4. Knead the mixture thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
  5. 5. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into a cylindrical kebab around skewers.
  6. 6. Heat mustard oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  7. 7. Place the lamb kebabs on the pan and cook, turning occasionally, for about 15 minutes until evenly browned.
  8. 8. While the kebabs cook, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chili, salt, and lemon juice into a smooth chutney.
  9. 9. Serve the hot kebabs with the mint chutney on the side for dipping.
