Ingredients
- 500 g Onion
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Garlic
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, and green chili.
- 2. In a bowl, mix ground lamb with all the chopped ingredients.
- 3. Add cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and lemon juice to the lamb mixture.
- 4. Knead the mixture thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
- 5. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into a cylindrical kebab around skewers.
- 6. Heat mustard oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 7. Place the lamb kebabs on the pan and cook, turning occasionally, for about 15 minutes until evenly browned.
- 8. While the kebabs cook, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chili, salt, and lemon juice into a smooth chutney.
- 9. Serve the hot kebabs with the mint chutney on the side for dipping.
- 10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving for added flavor.
