  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 50G Suhana Meatmutton
  • - White Pepper
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water and set aside to soak for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Cut the lamb into small bite-sized pieces and season with salt and white pepper.
  3. 3. Chop the onion, tomato, and garlic into fine pieces and set aside for cooking.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  5. 5. Add the garlic and ginger powder to the pan, cooking until aromatic.
  6. 6. Stir in the lamb pieces, cooking until they are browned on all sides and partially cooked through.
  7. 7. Add the chopped tomatoes and Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, stirring well to coat the lamb.
