- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- - Ginger Powder
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 50G Suhana Meatmutton
- - White Pepper
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water and set aside to soak for 15 minutes.
- 2. Cut the lamb into small bite-sized pieces and season with salt and white pepper.
- 3. Chop the onion, tomato, and garlic into fine pieces and set aside for cooking.
- 4. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- 5. Add the garlic and ginger powder to the pan, cooking until aromatic.
- 6. Stir in the lamb pieces, cooking until they are browned on all sides and partially cooked through.
- 7. Add the chopped tomatoes and Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, stirring well to coat the lamb.
- 8. Mix in the Frozen Mixed Vegetables and continue to cook for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
- 9. Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pan, stirring gently to combine with the lamb and vegetables.
- 10. Pour the water into the pan and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover with a lid.
- 11. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, checking occasionally to ensure the rice is cooked and water is absorbed.
