Ingredients
- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- - Rice Flour
- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- - Garlic Paste
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
- 2. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, and green chilies to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
- 3. Stir in the lamb mince, ground cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the mince is browned and fully cooked.
- 4. Once the lamb is cooked, mix in the chopped coriander leaves and set aside to cool slightly.
- 5. In a mixing bowl, combine millet flour, rice flour, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water to form a smooth batter.
- 6. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil. Pour a ladleful of batter to form a thin pancake.
- 7. Cook the pancake on medium heat until bubbles form and the edges lift slightly, then flip and cook the other side.
- 8. Once all the pancakes are ready, fill each pancake with a generous spoonful of the spiced lamb mixture.
- 9. Fold or roll the pancakes and serve hot, garnished with extra coriander leaves if desired.
