Ingredients

  • 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
  • - Rice Flour
  • 500 g Onion
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • - Garlic Paste
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
  2. 2. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, and green chilies to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
  3. 3. Stir in the lamb mince, ground cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the mince is browned and fully cooked.
  4. 4. Once the lamb is cooked, mix in the chopped coriander leaves and set aside to cool slightly.
  5. 5. In a mixing bowl, combine millet flour, rice flour, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water to form a smooth batter.
  6. 6. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil. Pour a ladleful of batter to form a thin pancake.
  7. 7. Cook the pancake on medium heat until bubbles form and the edges lift slightly, then flip and cook the other side.
  8. 8. Once all the pancakes are ready, fill each pancake with a generous spoonful of the spiced lamb mixture.
  9. 9. Fold or roll the pancakes and serve hot, garnished with extra coriander leaves if desired.
