- - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
- - Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix 50g Pouch
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 1 pack Adarsh'S Jeera Sabut, Coriander, Red Chilli & Turmeric Powder
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

- 1 Kg Star Jsr L Kolam Rice1kg
Instructions
- 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, approximately 5 minutes.
- 3. Crush the garlic cloves and add them to the pan, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
- 4. Stir in the ginger powder, turmeric powder, and Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, and cook for 1 minute.
- 5. Add the diced lamb shoulder and cook until lightly browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- 6. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, allowing them to soften and integrate with the spices.
- 7. Rinse the red lentils thoroughly and add them to the pan, stirring to combine with the lamb and tomatoes.
- 8. Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.
- 9. Season with salt and white pepper, stirring well to mix the flavors evenly.
- 10. Cover the pan and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 11. While the stew is simmering, cook the Star Jsr L Kolam Rice in a separate pot according to package instructions.
- 12. Once the lentils are tender and the lamb is cooked through, garnish the stew with freshly chopped coriander.
