Ingredients
- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- 100G Oleo
- - Coriander Powder
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Wash and soak the millet in water for 15 minutes, then drain.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
- 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili, cooking for 2 minutes to release aromas.
- 4. Add lamb chunks to the pan and sear until lightly browned on all sides.
- 5. Stir in chopped tomatoes, turmeric, coriander, cumin, and red chili powder, cooking until tomatoes soften.
- 6. Add garam masala and salt, mixing well to coat the lamb with spices.
- 7. Pour coconut milk and water into the pan, stirring to combine, and bring to a boil.
- 8. Lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes until lamb is tender and flavors meld.
- 9. In a separate pot, cook the soaked millet with water and a pinch of salt until fluffy.
- 10. Serve the cooked millet in bowls, topping with the spiced lamb mixture.
- 11. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving.
