Ingredients
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 400 Ml Kara Coconut Cream
- 500 G Kinwaaquinoa
- 500 g Prawns
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 175 Ltr Lee Kum Kee Blended Sesaame Oil Pet
- 50 g Sakthi Curry Powder
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and crush them using a garlic press.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine the crushed garlic, 4 teaspoons of curry powder, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Mix until the texture is smooth and balanced.
- 3. Peel and clean the king prawns, ensuring they are deveined.
- 4. Heat a wok over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil. Once hot, add the prawns and sear for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- 5. Add the garlic, curry powder, and soy sauce mixture to the wok. Stir well to coat the prawns evenly in the sauce.
- 6. Reduce the heat to low and pour in 200 ml of coconut cream. Stir gently and let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- 7. Serve the spiced king prawns with quinoa for a satisfying dinner.
