Ingredients
- 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
- 500 ml Mother Dairy Cow Milk
- 500 ml Conscious Food Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 100 g Jk Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
- 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
- 1 Combo True Elements Jowar Flour,True Elements Bajra Flour,True Elements Quinoa Flour
Instructions
- 1. Melt 1/2 stick of coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, and 1/2 tsp red pepper together; then add them to the melted coconut oil.
- 3. Stir well and add 4 tbsp ketchup and 4 tbsp flour to form a smooth paste.
- 4. Gradually pour in 2 cups of milk, stirring continuously to ensure all spices dissolve and the mixture is smooth.
- 5. Add 8 oz of cheese in small slices and cook, stirring constantly, until the cheese is fully melted and the dip is creamy.
- 6. Serve warm with your choice of accompaniments.
