Ingredients
- 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
- 100g Greek Yogurt
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Wash and pat dry the fish fillets, then cut them into bite-sized chunks.
- 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garlic paste, and salt to make a marinade.
- 3. Add the fish chunks to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated, and let them rest for 20 minutes.
- 4. Heat 10 ml of oil in a pan over medium heat and place the marinated fish chunks gently onto the pan.
- 5. Cook the fish for 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden and cooked through, then set aside.
- 6. In another pan, heat the remaining oil and add cumin seeds, allowing them to splutter.
- 7. Add diced onion to the pan and sauté until translucent, stirring occasionally to avoid burning.
- 8. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they are tender yet crisp.
- 9. Season the vegetables with salt and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
