  • 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
  • 100g Greek Yogurt
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and pat dry the fish fillets, then cut them into bite-sized chunks.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garlic paste, and salt to make a marinade.
  3. 3. Add the fish chunks to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated, and let them rest for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat 10 ml of oil in a pan over medium heat and place the marinated fish chunks gently onto the pan.
  5. 5. Cook the fish for 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden and cooked through, then set aside.
