- 1 pc (50 g) Aachi Fish Curry Masala

- 1. Mix turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt in a bowl to create a spice blend.
- 2. Coat the fish fillets evenly with the spice blend and let them marinate for 10 minutes.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and fry the marinated fish fillets until golden brown and cooked through.
- 4. Remove the fish from the pan and shred it into bite-sized pieces using a fork.
- 5. In the same pan, sauté the frozen mixed vegetables until tender and slightly charred.
- 6. Warm the rice flour tortillas on a flat pan for 30 seconds on each side.
- 7. Spread a layer of green chutney over each tortilla evenly.
