  • 1 pc (50 g) Aachi Fish Curry Masala

  1. 1. Mix turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt in a bowl to create a spice blend.
  2. 2. Coat the fish fillets evenly with the spice blend and let them marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and fry the marinated fish fillets until golden brown and cooked through.
